For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
For the Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh spinach
Season & Cook the Chicken:
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature: 165°F/75°C). Remove from the pan and set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Add parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice, stirring until smooth.
Add Spinach & Chicken:
Toss in the fresh spinach and let it wilt for 1 minute.
Return the chicken to the pan, coating it with the sauce.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
