Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For the Sauce:

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Instructions
 

Season & Cook the Chicken:

  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature: 165°F/75°C). Remove from the pan and set aside.

Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice, stirring until smooth.

Add Spinach & Chicken:

  • Toss in the fresh spinach and let it wilt for 1 minute.
  • Return the chicken to the pan, coating it with the sauce.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve & Enjoy:

  • Plate the chicken and spoon extra sauce over the top.
  • Serve warm with a side of steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes.
