Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

For the Roasted Potatoes:

  • 2 cups baby potatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

Roast the Potatoes:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Prepare the Steak Bites:

  • Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pan.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and add butter to the same skillet.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  • Return the steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.

Serve & Enjoy!

  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Serve with the roasted potatoes on the side.
  • Enjoy hot!
