For the Wraps:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 whole wheat tortillas (or gluten-free wraps)
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 small avocado
- 1 olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ½ red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Add-Ons:
- Cherry tomatoes halved
- Pickled red onions
- Hot sauce
Sauté the Spinach:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

Scramble the Eggs:
