Ingredients
  

For the Wraps:

  • 2 large tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
  • 1 chicken breast boneless & skinless
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced

For the Spicy Yogurt Sauce:

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

  • In a small bowl, mix paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the olive oil and spice mix onto both sides of the chicken breast.

Grill the Chicken:

  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat (or use an outdoor grill).
  • Grill the chicken breast for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F/75°C).
  • Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

Make the Spicy Yogurt Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, hot sauce, garlic powder, and lime juice.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more hot sauce if desired.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of spicy yogurt sauce.
  • Add shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado slices, and grilled chicken strips.
  • Drizzle extra spicy yogurt sauce on top.

Wrap & Serve:

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately!
