For the Wraps:
- 2 large tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
- 1 chicken breast boneless & skinless
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ avocado sliced
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
For the Spicy Yogurt Sauce:
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
Prepare the Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the olive oil and spice mix onto both sides of the chicken breast.
Grill the Chicken:
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat (or use an outdoor grill).
